Distribution: Occurring east of the Cascades crest in northeastern Washington; southeastern British Columbia to northeastern Washington, east to the northen Rocky Mountains and northern Great Plains.

Habitat: Cliff crevices, limestone or basalt, from lowlands to the montane.
